Prepare your stomachs for the festive month of Raya as Vistana Hotels is offering the Ramadan feast, with the theme ‘Tok Wan 101 Recipes’. Tok Wan 101 promises a taste of authentic Malay dishes of delectable ayam goreng berempah, ikan asam pedas, daging gulai, lala masak and etc without the hassle of long hours cooking and preparing. Promising an assortment fresh tangy kerabu mangga/ kerabu sotong or a healthier selection of ulam-ulaman such as ulam raja, jantung pisang and petai dipped with sambal belacan, cencaluk, tempoak, budu and sambal nenas, all bound to get the appetite going.
This year, Vistana extends their joy of breaking the daily fast or ‘buka puasa’ by expanding their Ramadhan buffet line to the outdoor with a signature ‘Bakar Bakar’ station serving a freshly grilled ikan panggang, tandoori chicken with their special sauces.
Their buffet will be from 19th June to 16th July 2015 at only RM65 nett per person at Vistana Hotels – Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan and Penang.
