One of the famous Hong Kong Wanton Mee restaurant has set foot in Penang. Opening their first Malaysia branch in Gurney Paragon, 5th floor. Tasty restaurant mainly served an a la carte menu of their chef specialities, wanton noodles, congee and a wide variety of dim sum selection. Bagging the title of being a One Star Michelin restaurant for their wanton noodles and delectable soup rich with the sweetness of prawns and pork taste. The quality of the wanton is similar to the one we tasted in Hong Kong airport. Most of their wanton are freshly made with their fresh ingredients directly flown in from Hong Kong.
Simple Sarawak meal for lunch/dinner. Sarawak Kolomee has been a hit in Penang among FTZ folks. In the menu, the Original Kolomee with red char siew oil, Sarawak Laksa bihun type, freshly made wan tan dumplings, braised chicken and tofu. As this is not our first visit, we have concluded that the MUST TRY list should be part of our review.
