It was the Merdeka weekend when we visited Morganfields. It was the second day of their opening in Queensbay Mall. Known for their Sticky Bones, Hickory Wood-Smoked Ribs. A truly authentic, old fashioned prime pork rib slow-cooked and smoke in coal and hickory wood to a tender mouthwatering perfection, then basted with the gluey sweet and tangy hickory flavored bbq sauce with a hint of cider. Also, in their menu is their Garlic BBQ Spare Ribs and Smoked Black Pepper Spare Ribs flavor to choose. And if you don’t fancy ribs, their have a list of seafood and poultry in their menu.
To celebrate our long weekend, we ordered the ribs and foot long sausage in their menu.
